Who We Are
The Anderson Partnership for Healthy Children (“APHC”, “the Partnership”) is a network of community organizations and service providers in the City of Anderson and surrounding South County communities, who come together to share information and focus collective energy and resources on addressing community needs.
What We Do
The Partnership's ongoing activities include: monthly networking meetings, where community and organizational needs, services and accomplishments are shared, and opportunities for joint action are identified; coordinating shared funding and implementation of multi-partner projects
